EdX Online Course Design

I was the media designer for an EdX course entitled “Making Science and Engineering Pictures“, taught by science photographer Felice Frankel.   I created all the video content in After Effects, and was the course author in the edx.org platform.  Demo reel and production notes about this project. This was a complete Adobe Creative Suite project: I relied primarily on After Effects to create motion graphics and screenflows, images were edited in Photoshop, graphics created in Illustrator, audio edited in Audition, video elements edited in Premiere.

I cannot overstate how much I enjoyed working on this project, and what deep respect and gratitude I have for Felice Frankel. She is brilliant and has a clear sense of design, imaging, and teaching. I am proud of all the content we created together.

The course is now archived, but the course videos can still be viewed here.
