Yoga with Natasha Collette

Natasha Collette has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, with a foundation in Iyengar alignment-based work, and various styles of vinyasa practice. Her classes incorporate structures of a slow-flow vinyasa, kundalini, meditation, and a playful approach to exploring mind-body connections. As an alumni of Berklee College of Music, Natasha understands musicians’ challenges and aptitudes, and utilizes yoga patterns as a route to enhancing artistry. She encourages building a personal practice based on curiosity, gratitude, a sense of humor, and a respect for the body’s innate wisdom.

A registered Yoga Alliance teacher, Natasha completed her 200-hour and 500-hour certifications with internationally acclaimed teacher Daniel Orlansky in the Yoga of Energy Flow style. She is CPR/AED certified, and has yoga teacher’s insurance. In the course of her trainings, she has attended workshops with Doug Keller, Thai yoga massage with Jennifer Yarro, anatomy with Carrie Tyler, philosophy with Chip Hartranft, prenatal yoga with Celeste LeMieux, and participated in other specialty trainings.

She is also a certified Souluna Life Coach, and loves to see her clients live a life they will LOVE.  Part of her personal practice has included extended travel in Thailand, India, Europe, and other international locations. You can see more about these travels at her blog.
