Many years ago, I took a certificate program at Emerson College. The classes I learned there really did give me a lot of new skills, particularly with motion graphics and editing. One of the small lessons we did was about creating a cinemagraphs. Being a longtime Boston resident and public transit riders, one of my projects was going to be a snapshot from each of Boston’s subway lines. I was only able to complete Red Line and Orange Line. Looking back, I enjoy the medium with its quirky potential, and may come back to it some time.
